RETURNS

If you wish to return or exchange an item please email contact@so-le-studio.com before sending the item back. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original conditions. Jewellery that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our studio outside the 14-day window will be sent back to the original address. Please be aware that Sole Studio Srl is not responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is proven to be faulty.
Please allow 14 days for the refund to be processed.
